Kenya Airways Flight Pass Product Discontinuation Notice

Dear Valued Customers,

Kenya Airways wishes to notify you that we have discontinued the Kenya Airways Flight Pass Product as of 14th February 2023.

Kindly note all customers with existing Kenya Airways Ticket Bookings will be honored and processed accordingly till 15th February 2024. During processing, the Kenya Airways Ticketing Rules, Terms and Conditions will apply in accordance with the existing Kenya Airways Ticketing Guidelines.

For all customers with existing Flight Passes that have not been redeemed for tickets, kindly directly get in touch with Option Town Commercial Team for a refund for the same via email on  customercare@optiontown.com.

For all customers whose passes have already been redeemed and tickets issued, kindly visit your nearest Kenya Airways Sales Office or get in touch with the Kenya Airways Customer Service Team directly via email on cecbackoffice@kenya-airways.com
